[RP9 Skin] Mobility

My second RP9 theme released, this time based off my Windows Mobile Sony Ericsson theme.

Requirements:
A computer running Windows 98SE or ME
Revolutions Pack 9

Installing:
Extract all files to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
Run the .reg file
Select the theme, either from the appereance tab in the desktop propperties window, or the 'Themes' tab in the RP9 configuration window.
Hit 'Apply'
